Team members formerly working for Flat rolled steel plant downstream ( pickling, cold rolling mill, continuous galvanizing, continuous annealing, organic coating, bright annealing and finishing etc…) at Corporate CTO, execution project, R&D and operation within European steel plants.
Furthermore, Giirtec realized that there existed potential in the green #transformation, high-energy prices would support to potential steel maker to come out from this situation by providing best available technologies, combining creativity with initiatives. - Experience & intensive knowledge of Project Management (rescheduling, cost, risk, & methodology) Rapid project execution, these successful projects has set several new benchmarking standard within steel industry.
- Process Improvement for flat rolled steel plants in downstream operation [pickling, cold rolling, galvanizing, continuous annealing , organic coating and bright annealing].Helped develop new process and product technologies.
- Designed, installed & commissioned new high-speed hot dip galvanizing line with maximum line speed of 200 m/min, successfully operating with optimum zinc coating control for commercial product. This project has set several new benchmarking standard within Indian steel industry.
- Re-designed, installed and commissioned old organic coating line, which was not operational several years in Europe. Unique tension model developed.
- Preparation and deployment of best practices & standards all over the group for safety and cost cutting measure. Initiative and actively participation in new breakthrough technology developed by R &D, and supported to deploy in potential plants.
- Basic designing of annealing furnace according to process definition.
